With the exposure of tax penalty cases in recent years, society pay more and more attention to tax audits and tax disputes.
How to cooperate with tax authority and exercise own rights legally during tax audits; how to participate in and deal with actively in tax disputes, as one of the administrative disputes, which are different from general civil disputes. Together with Shaohe Law Firm, the German Chamber of Commerce in China will assist you to analyze the key points of tax audit and break the dilemma of tax disputes.
